Developing District Capacity for Systems-Based Reform

The Education Alliance's District Capacity Building work provides onsite consultation and technical assistance to local education agencies (LEAs) to (a) develop the organizational conditions needed to effectively support inclusive and sustainable school improvement and (b) collectively consider the central challenges facing its schools to significantly raise student achievement and collaboratively problem-solve ways to systemically address those challenges through the use of its strategies and resources to better effect district and school improvement.
