Some suggested questions:
- Something about their own background; how long at school,
teaching what, etc.
- How did you develop/learn this strategy?
- How long have you been using it?
- Why do you think it is effective?
- Do you have any student work that demonstrates its effectiveness?
- Which students is it intended for? (age, language proficiency,
etc.)
- What ELA or other performance standard does it address?
- What conditions are necessary to implement the strategy?
- When I come to observe, what would you like me to pay
particular attention to? For example, is there some aspect of whats
going on in the classroom -- what you do or what your students do, etc.
